Who is it For?
Springboard is for anyone who is homeless or vulnerably-housed in the Harrogate area, it’s an open support group that runs from 10am to 2pm every weekday. Not sure if you can get help here? Just pop along, and we’ll be more than happy to talk you through things in person.
Springboard is currently run by two part-time employees, and a host of our incredible volunteers, without whom we would be unable to offer such a huge variety of classes and services. If you’d like to learn more about the service, we’d encourage you to drop in; anytime between 10am and 2pm Mon-Fri.
What's on offer?
Here you will find a warm and friendly welcome, hot and cold food, shower facilities and a laundry service. You will also find professional support and advice on any issues that you are struggling with in regards to homelessness, focusing on providing you with the help that’s needed to help get you back on your feet.
We are aiming to develop what we offer at Springboard, to provide various classes and groups that you can get involved in. If you would like to volunteer your specialist skills to offer group activities, please do get in touch. We would like to provide activities aimed at people of all levels of ability, and to be fully inclusive regardless of background.
