Photography Club

Thanks to a grant from the Safer Communities Partnership we have launched a Photography club from the hostel and our day centre Springboard. The aim is to teach and progress the service users skills within photography.

All service users from the Hostel and Springboard are welcome to attend. At the weekly meeting they will learn about:

  • PC editing

  • Digital cameras

  • Developing

  • SLR 35mm

As the club progresses and the service users skills improve there will also be day trips out and exhibits of their work.

The aims of the club are:

  1. Become more active within the local community.

  2. Progress and learn new skills.

  3. Socialise.

  4. To build self esteem and self worth.

  5. Have a good time.

If you are interested in helping in any way with the Photography Club please do not hesitate to contact the project: 01423-566900
