Donations always needed!

We are not a revenue producing project and have to seek financial support from local and national sources. Only 63% of the day to day funding is currently covered by grants from the Government’s Supporting People scheme, Housing Benefit and Harrogate Borough Council and there is no confirmation that this level will be sustained in the long term. This means that we rely on the generosity of local individuals, churches and groups to support our work.

The Springboard Day Service relies entirely on donations in order to operate. We are desperate for donations to continue this service beyond 2010. If you are able to help in anyway, please donate using one of the methods below.

Donate online

Harrogate Homeless Project is registered on www.justgiving.com/hhp so that our supporters can now donate online.

Justgiving provides an easy and secure way of donating to the Project using a debit or credit card and if you are a UK taxpayer we are able to claim Gift Aid on your donation at no additional cost to yourself. Please help to support the work of the Harrogate Homeless Project your support is greatly appreciated.

Donate by cheque

If you prefer to donate by cheque, please make cheques payable to Harrogate Homeless Project and send to 7 Bower Street, Harrogate HG1 5BQ.

Standing Orders

You can help to ensure that we continue supporting the homeless by setting up a standing order.

Standing order donations give us the security of long-term funding, enabling us to support our clients in the most effective way possible. Standing orders donations also help us save on administration costs – so that more of your money can be spent where it is really needed. Please email/contact us and we will send you a form.
