Cold Weather Provision 2011-2012
Harrogate Homeless Project once again provided a Cold Weather service for rough sleepers over the winter months. This service has now closed for the season. If you are homeless or concerned about someone sleeping rough, please contact the hostel or Springboard to discuss services available:
